Barbirolli Quartet with Timothy Orpen, Clarinet

The Barbirolli Quartet is known for its diverse, prolific repertoire and dynamic approach to performance. 'The Strad' praised their "superbly realised performance". Enter clarinettist Timothy Orpen, himself no stranger to Churchill Music!, to perform Mozart's staggeringly beautiful Clarinet Quintet and Churchill Music!'s new season will be launched with its customary style and panache. The programme will also include the following works: Haydn, Op. 77 no. 1 in G major; Britten String Quartet No. 2 in C major, Op. 36; and Delius Late Swallows.
